External LED Lighting Conversion
This was a great project to get our teeth into over the span of a couple of weeks during a very wet September 2020 and the pandemic. Not only did we have the weather against us, but also the difficulties of trying to source sufficient LED lamps/E27 lamp holders to convert 50 bollard lights alone. We also converted a number of MR16 Spike lights to LED, as well as installing new Spike lights to areas of the garden where there was little to no lighting.
Most bollard lights were filled of earth which required cleaning and removal of the existing lamp holder for new.
All driveway lights and wall lantern lights around the property were converted to LED. There were areas of the garden that had their own feature lighting such as the "Japanese Garden" where we employed a carpenter to make new wooden features as the originals were missing or damaged.
We left our client with all external lighting fully functioning and controllable via a newly installed RAKO lighting system which enabled our client to set their own scenes with the function of altering the lighting called on different days as well as the ability to set up timed events.
Prior to commencing with the external lighting, we fully converted all lighting to LED throughout the entire property, which has LEAX installed to most areas.
