Stock Holding on Site

Purchasing of stock for peace of mind is becoming more of a crucial aspect in this ever changing environment.  Stock holding for long lead time components is particularly important especially for the LEAX lighting system as they went into administration back in 2008. However, we have and will continue to support the LEAX system as we have been for the past 12 years.  We currently can offer a 'spares package' that would be tailored for your installation.  The recommended spares would be based on the type and number of components currently installed within your property or commercial environment.

Having spares on site will provide reassurance that any faults with a component can be replaced promptly rather than risk potentially waiting a number of months for an out of stock item.

Depending on which area/s the fault affects you may find yourself in a position where a decision needs to made as to whether you make temporary repairs, pending delivery of the component, or to replace the entire lighting system for new.  This would be a drastic route to take, as depending on the size of the installation it could take a number of days or weeks to replace with no control of lighting for the duration of works required.  For example; should the fault transpire in the main living areas or kitchen/master bedroom, waiting months for a new component would be less than ideal. We suggest the purchasing of spares for any lighting control system with long lead times.  Please contact us for more information.

All LEAX Components are manufactured to order with surplus kept as spare stock, therefore we cannot always guarantee that we have sufficient spares in stock at any given time. Lead times are at least three to four months turnaround, this doesn't take into account any delays due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
